1. How do I find a specific product type on your site?
On the right hand side of the screen is a list of categories. Select the category
you are interested in, ie. Leadership. A list of sub categories (ie. types of
products, such as Training Packages, Assessment Instruments, Facilitator Guides
etc.) will become available both on the menu under the Category you have selected
and in boxes on the main part of the screen. Click on the type of product you
are interested in and all the available products will list. You can then click
on the product you are interested in, read the description and any supporting
information.

2. How do I search on your site?
If you're looking for something specific in the Team Publications web store,
you can find it using the Quick Find function on the top left of the page, by
typing keyword/s into the search box, ie. Leadership Effectiveness on the left
hand side of the page. You will be presented with all the products in the web
store that match the keyword/s you entered.

3. How do I use the Advanced Search Function?
There is also an advanced search to help with those hard to find products. This
can be selected by clicking on 'Advanced Search' in the Quick Find box at
the top left of the screen. You can choose to search in categories, sub categories,
by publisher, by product price range or within product descriptions.

4. How do I find out more information about a specific product?
Once you have found a product or service you are interested in, you can get
more information by clicking on the product image. This will take you through
to the product information page where a thorough description is provided. On
some products this may include samples and related articles. For further information

5. I would like to review a product
If you would like to write a review on one of the products we provide, please
select the review button at the bottom of the product information page. Just
fill in the form and click on the Submit review! button, and we will take care
of the rest.

6. I would like to send product information to a friend
Found something you think a friend or colleague might be interested in? At the
bottom of the product information, you might like to select the 'tell a friend'
button (on the right side). Fill in the boxes, click send and we will send them
all the information they will need on this product.

8. I bought something from you before, but now I can’t find it
on your site?
Up until mid 2007, the Team Publications website also listed products from a
number of other publishers. Those products are still available, but as we no
